The «SINCONA Collection» contains approximately 10'000 Russian silver and copper coins, which will be exclusively auctioned by SINCONA AG. Many of these coins will be sold in small groups.

SINCONA AG plans to hold four auctions, each with about 2000 positions. The first sale was held from October 9–12, 2012, the second sale from 14.–16. October 2013. The third and fourth auction are planned for autumn 2014 and 2015 respectivley.

The variety of the coins in the collection is amazing. There are hardly any duplicates. The collection was assembled during many decades prior to 1970, especially in regard to date and die varieties. The quality of the pieces often is astonishing. Aside from great rarities, the collection contains at least 300 proof coins in perfect condition and with lustrous old patina.

Some of the more important coins are coming from old and prestigious collections such as Tolstoy, duplicates of the Hermitage etc. There is also various and wide range of more common coins, often in exceptional quality. For the whole collection being sold, there are no price limits; therefore the estimations will be most attractive.
